Character Brief
-
A Warrior thirsty for revenge has been training for years until this day when he finally gets to fight his nemesis. As a Final Act before the tournament this is his way of intimidating his rivals.
Concept Brief
-
A short yet ravishing animatic worthy to showcase both animation and lighting skills. I wanted a dark environment to enhance the Fire FX of the sword and its light emissive properties onto the character but not too dark that it shuts one's eyes to the shape and form of the poses which play an integral part in this Animation. So, in addition a hazy smoky backlit through the Dojo's translucent windows did a perfect job in overseeing the same.
