Method

Based on mentors feedback I had to revamp the mushroom layout and make the camera move as smooth as possible.

So, I decided to add assets which could help the mushroom world sell better as a realm through Quicksel mega scans plugin for Houdini

The Plugin had to be installed externally and took me a while to smoothly integrate the plugin.

It ideally should be downloading and importing 3d models and redshift shaders using principled shader but would often throw me an error that the plugin wasn't installed properly.

After a bit of research on Reddit I found out the mistakes I have been making and installed the plugin correctly.

It was a necessity to make the plugin work efficiently because of the nature of the scene. It had a lot of elements which could be imported directly in Houdini.

Difficulties faced while laying out

As this scene involves a dice jumping around 3D world, the layout depended on a lot of factors which are artistically tied to the motion arcs of the dice itself, Camera Move, Composition, Colour Distribution, Transition between shot 2 and 3.

So, the pipeline was not linear and had to be revamped ever so slightly as the other processes progressed.
